Mark joined the firm in 2006 after spending over 15 years in the Corporate Finance Department at Ferris, Baker Watts, a regional investment banking firm.  His professional experience covers merger and acquisition transactions, raising capital for public and private companies, and financial advisory transactions including evaluating strategic alternatives and the issuance of fairness opinions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Rochester and a Master of Business Administration degree with concentrations in Finance, Organizations and Markets, and Business Environment and Public Policy from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester .
