How do I buy one of your Homes?

Call the Main Office at 412-487-6990. You can also visit our Model Home at one of our major Developments, Summerset at Frick Park.

The Model Home is open:

Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 2p.m. to 7p.m.

Wednesday and Thursday 10a.m. to 3p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 12p.m. to 4p.m.

This varies with the project. Bob Smith is the Superintendent for our work at Summerset at Frick Park. Paul Sheppard is in charge of our work at Hampton Woodlands.

What distinguishes Montgomery & Rust from other builders?

For the last thirty-four years, we have been focusing on community building, creating a unifying theme to the neighborhoods we build rather than the typical “cookie-cutter” developments so prevalent in the local area.  The design of each home can be further customized to accommodate individual tastes and styles. A variety of interior design options as well as energy efficient and modern technological features are standard qualities of the homes we build. The homes are designed with ease of upkeep in mind, with relatively small lots and low maintenance exteriors.  

Montgomery & Rust offers a wide variety of services.  We provide the design services of a professional and experienced design team of in house architects and interior designers. We provide a selection coordinator who is available during the construction process to assist clients in choosing and coordinating materials and finishes. We provide a project manager who keeps clients up to date with the production of their home, and keeps them current with any customer driven changes that are requested during construction.  Keeping clients up to date even when they are from out of town is facilitated by an internet based program we subscribe to called BuildLinks.
