The Village of Bradford woods is a community of single family detached homes and townhomes in a wooded area north of Pittsburgh. When this project was proposed, it was one of the first in the Pittsburgh area to incorporate Planned Unit Development principles.
Townhouses and Sindle Family homes are intermixed and separated by common green areas. A stocked pond with surrounding trails provides a focus for the community.
This development was built during the 1980's.
