The Trillium is a gated high scale residential development in Fox Chapel. It consists of elegantly designed attached and detached homes. The homes were built during the late '80's and early 90's. Owners selected from a team of design architects who collaborated on a common design vocabulary.
The end result is project of strong cohesiveness despite a rich variety of architectural expression.
