Perry Point

Perry Point is a community perched atop the Perry Hilltop of Pittsburgh.
Before our work here, the 100 year + "rowhouses" had been vacant for several years.

It is a townhouse community composed of renovated old brick rowhouses,

and new frame and siding townhouses.

Perry Point, formerly known as Clifton Park, was produced by a team consisting of:

The project was begun in 1980 and completed 3 years later.
