The Company’s projects have been situated in both suburban and city locations. When working in the city of Pittsburgh, Montgomery & Rust has worked co-operatively with the Urban Redevelopment Authority and, on some projects, with other private sector partners to transform former well-located industrial sites into new residential uses.

The Armory, Ligonier, PA
The Armory, located at the corner of North Walnut and West Main, will be a pedestrian friendly, tree lined development designed to reflect Ligonier's rich architectural history. The Armory will offer a total of 17 housing units, consisting of five single family homes, six stacked flat units, and six townhome units.

Summerset at Frick Park
This community is located in Squirrel Hill is convenient to both Downtown and Oakland and will ultimately include over 700 homes ranging from townhomes to single family detached homes of varying sizes to rental homes.

Hampton Woodlands
Hampton Woodlands offers 12 homes designed using traditional neighborhood architecture. The plan is located in Allison Park and is convenient to the PA Turnpike, the Hampton Township Community Center, Hartwood Acres and is a short drive to Downtown.

Church Street, Ligonier, PA
This development of four homes is located three blocks from the “Diamond”, the commercial district of Ligonier. The Company partnered with a Ligonier based development team and to develop homes with an architectural style that will mirror the neighboring homes.
