Hampton Woodlands is a fairly unique development in the North Hills and features 12 lots on a secluded cul-de-sac, which serves as a social gathering place for the residents and their children. It is conveniently located less than a minute from Route 8 between Wildwood Road and McNeal Road. 30 minutes from downtown and minutes from the turnpike - its location is very convenient.

Hampton Township has some truly unique features, including its community center. Design and Performance

The homes are designed and built for low maintenance requirements and low cost of occupancy – they are energy efficient. Smaller lot sizes means less time and/or money spent on lawn upkeep. The exteriors are either brick or Hardiplank siding which means low cost of maintenance. The homes are highly insulated, have very efficient heating and cooling systems, the windows have Low – E insulated glass, and the floors are zoned separately, which all translates to lower energy bills.
